Can't Wait to Share This :)

I have changed so many times the way I organize Syd's hair bows. Each time I change because I run out of room. This is a over the door hanger from Walmart. I got key chain rings that is what I had and hot glued ribbon on each one. I made sure they fit on the knob on the over the door hanger. I am not changing again. I hope this works.

Merry Christmas

It is late and I guess you could say Christmas 2008 is over. Please always remember the reason for Christmas is the birth of Jesus. If you don't know him as your personal savior please go to church and get saved. I can not describe the feeling you will have if you follow him. Just look at Syd this was at the church play. Think about this please go to church and take your children. I joined church when Zack was 15 months old. Zack and Syd have been in church since small and Tanner has also as a young boy. It is the greatest gift that you will ever give your children. If you don't have a church I would like to invite you to attend my church Upper Second Creek Baptist Church in Hazard, Kentucky. Our pastor Densmore and the whole congregation welcomes everyone. We have Wednesday night and Sunday morning services.
God Bless,
Teresa Miller

Christmas Morning

Zack loved his comforter WWE wrestling. He got this from mom and dad and couldn't wait to get home to put it on his bed. This photo was taken after he opened all his presents he wanted to go watch a new DVD he got. He also received a new portable DVD player. Zack loves to watch movies. He wants to have movie night and make popcorn.
I thought this was neat. When I went upstairs this morning. He had put his wrestlers on this table Jon made for him.
Hey look at the Tan Man. He was ready to go visit his dad for more gifts.
This is some of Syd's gifts. The matching clothes for her and a my
twinn doll I call it the Sydney Doll.
Here is a photo of the Sydney Doll and she also got a doll easel for her.
The past September when it was Syd's birthday I wanted to get this. I found it for
Christmas at Big Lots. I guess it was an old toy. When you can't find
something always try Big Lots I love that store.
Last night Zack counted all his mini wrestlers then he came down and asked me for those papers that had sticky stuff on it. I said Post-Its and he said yeah. He went and looked in the junk drawer and found some. Next he put a number on each one. I believe this was for a match. He drew out numbers and those two guys would fight. How neat.....
At this photo Tanner was driving Zack crazy. Tanner loves to get him mad. Zack likes to drive Syd crazy. It is always the older one picking on the child younger than them.
This is Syd and her Fancy Nancy Doll. Fancy Nancy is a doll based on a ready series.
It reminds me of Amelia Bedelia. You can only buy this at Target. There is several outfits, purses, and shoes that match doll and child.
Tanner is wearing his Christmas and he also wanted a KHSAA basketball.
Another photo of Tan Man
Syd unwrapping presents
Tanner trying to wake up
First photo of Tanner coming into the family room
Christmas photo in front of the tree
Zack's first photo of the morning
Syd's good morning smile
This Christmas Zack woke up at 5:00 and came down to wake Jon and I up at 7:00. Jon had told him that if he came down at 3 or 4:00 he would not get up but if he got up around 7:00 he would. Zack waited until 7:00 and came down. I woke up with my automatic alarm clock at 6:00 and said Jon I can't believe it is 7:00 and the kids have not came down. I was in shock. Next Zack came down and said are you ready. I told us he had been up since 5:00 and had went into the family room and organized every ones presents in stacks. I said Zack you shouldn't of done that and Jon said Zack that is fine. So I then re thought and said yes Zack it was fine. It was neat to me because he is an organizer. Oh well, I like to be up stairs before the kids come in so I can see their expressions. Each person took turns opening presents. Zack wanted to start with Syd, then him and finally Tanner. They started back over until the boys ran out of presents and then Syd had lots of presents left over. Each one loved all their gifts and Jon and I also had fun watching them opening them.

Christmas at the Brewer's House

This snowman outfit was made by mom. We make three piece outfits for $35.00
Syd helping Jon open his present.
A photo of the whole crew.
Tanner looking good.
Donna Kay the sweetest lady.
My oldest brother Clinton he works at my dad's store.
Chloe as always smiling.
Devin is growing up.
Balen loved his presents especially the one that Brandie got him.
Derek was ready to go home and play with his toys.
Tom as always happy.
Roger a great dad and husband.
Brandie is beautiful
My sister Sheila do we look a like.
My man Jon Miller.
Zack loved his presents especially his new WWE comforter.
Christmas at mom and dad's just keeps getting crowded which is actually better. I love having such a big family. Mom and dad have always celebrating Christmas by buying lot of presents. I also feel like I should carry on that tradition. If I don't buy the kids several presents it just don't seem right. I do believe this is mom's favorite time of the year. She does love to shop that is where I get it from. She buys so many presents. She also thinks of that perfect gift for everyone.

Favorite Ornaments

This ornament is a toy I guess. I bought it several years ago at Hospice Nearly New Shop. When I saw it I knew it would make a great ornament.
I bought this one from Mrs. Craig she wrote Syd's name on it.
This one was also bought at Melvetta's shop.
This was made at school when Tanner was at Willard Elementary.
This ornament I bought at Hazard Community College at a craft sale. I bought several ornament through the years from a Halcomb lady from Leatherwood. She doesn't sale anymore.
This is a new ornament this year. I bought this at my favorite junk store that I talk about all the time Lanny Cornett's.
After making Christmas ornaments today I started thinking about posting some of my favorite ones. Ornaments are a way to remember Christmas from year to year. Always buy a new one each year. You can never have to many. Start a collection this year. After Christmas sales are the perfect time to shop. I would love to get a Hannah Montana one at Walmart. I would also like to buy a wrestling one. Melvetta Craig has a craft shop and she makes custom ornaments. I ordered a PCC (Tanner), RW Combs (Zack) and a cheerleader (Syd). Several of mine come from her. She has perfect ones and she personalizes them for free.

Making Button Christmas Ornaments

Syd and I got to craft today. Hooray!! I saw this yesterday on Martha Stewart website and we did it. The ornament with the pink bow is Syd's and the red/green dot wreath is mine. Syd wanted to wear it as a bracelet. They were super easy to make. I had the wire shaped in a circle. We had buttons and placed on the wire and then closed the wire together with pliers. Made a bow and there you go all done. Please keep this idea in memory you may want to make someday.

Christmas Break

It is so exciting to know that you have two weeks off with the kids. It is also a time to clean your house wrong answer. When we are home our house stays a mess and we also spend lots of money at the grocery store. Devin and Balen came up for a visit. Greg, Emily and Max also arrived when they were here. Syd was out numbered with boys. She didn't mind she changed clothes. She put on Tanner's tank top

Christmas at Granny Lelia's and Papaw Arthur's

Hey look at my man the Tan-Man. I rarely ever get photos of him because he is a teenager who doesn't want his photo taken.
Look at us the Miller chicks.
This photo is kinda strange look at my niece the first grandchild in the family with her own family. How precious this is one special lady. Who is an awesome wife and mother and shouldn't I say beautiful. How precious I bet she is also in shock looking at this photo it just makes it so real. I remember the first family photo I taken with all three of my kids I just sit and stared. You know as a little girl you want to grow up and marry your prince charming and then have a baby. Thank you Jesus for blessing Brandie.
Zack is in heaven he got new wrestlers.
Zack and Papaw Arthur looking at his gifts.
Granny reading the Christmas story.
Uncle Den and Zack ready to open presents.
Greg also waiting.
Emily and Max
Jon and Syd
This year we celebrated Christmas early because Greg has to work on Christmas. Greg, Emily and Max came and stayed with us for the past two days. We have had fun. I love getting to spend time with family. It is so much fun talking. Emily also helped me craft, which of course I love. She is also a teacher. We have a lot in common. I called her Mrs. Miller and asked her if she was bossy yet. She said no give her time it is common nature in a teacher, at least that is what Jon tells me and mom thinks it(I know mom). Lelia fixed some good food. I love it when I get food because I don't cook.
